Q. When do I pay for my Title Insurance and other closing costs?
A. Your Title Insurance and most of your closing costs will appear on your

     
settlement sheet and be paid the day of closing.

Q. When will I know how much money to bring to settlement?
A. Many times the actual final figure needed to bring to settlement is
     not known until the day before or even the morning of settlement.
     However, a good faith estimate is provided by your lender and
     this is often very close to the actual figure. If you need a
     more precise figure, we can help you try to estimate until a
     final figure is reached.

Q. Do I have to bring certified funds to closing?
A. Yes.

Q. What are certified funds?
A. Cash, Certified Check or Wire Transfer.
